Puzzle Spectrums creates customized puzzles designed to capture personal memories. Because these items are personalized based on customer inputs (photos, names, text, etc.), each product is unique.
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but actual colors, image quality, or puzzle finishes may vary slightly depending on your device and printing materials. These variations are not considered defects.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at our discretion.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Puzzle Spectrums reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.
Please carefully review your order details, including uploaded images and spelling of names, before submitting. Since products are personalized, changes or cancellations cannot always be accommodated once the order is in progress.

Mistakes in customer-provided content (such as low-resolution images or misspelled names) are not eligible for return or refund.
